The Ministries Of Our Church

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served,
but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

Mark 10:45

The ministries of this church are its life blood.  It is our sincere desire that you get connected, and one of the best ways to do that is through the ministry of serving. You will want to become involved where your spiritual needs can be fulfilled and where you can share what God has done in your life.

Everyone can get involved and join our church family by volunteering in any capacity. God designed each of us for a purpose, and we went to help you find that purpose.

Make sure you check out the ministry opportunities we have to offer and if there is a ministry that you are called for in your life that we don't currently have, please share it with us.

Become a servant of the Lord and we will do His will, together.

Personal Ministries- What we do in our every day life, matters!  We must be aware of our surroundings and realize the impact that our lives have on others.  Whether we know it or not, our character shows through to others even when we think no one is watching.  Are you allowing the "righteousness of Christ" to shine through you and into others? For more information, please contact the church.

Men’s Ministries – Men connecting with men in their church and community.
Men doing ministry with and for men and the community--that's what Men's Ministries is all about. We are about more than the traditional service club, "knife and fork" kind of meetings. Not that those don't have a place. They do, but Men's Ministries is just what its title says: about ministry.
Our ministry includes everything from small group activities to extending a helping hand to individuals and families that need assistance with anything from moving to small repair or cleanup projects.  We also have a men's breakfast and devotional at the church, held every 2nd Sunday of the month starting at 9 AM.  You're welcome to join us as we fellowship together and enjoy a great time of devotion.
Please come join us!  You won't be disappointed.  For more information, please contact Rick Felts

Women's Ministries
The focus of a Women's Ministry is life-changing discipleship that leads women into a life that reflects Christ… through their thoughts, words, and actions. Responding not only to the needs of women but desiring also to utilize the spiritual gifts of Christian women, we hope to encourage women in spiritual growth, discipleship, evangelism, missions, and prayer.  The women in our church have all types of ministries that you can become involved in.  From prayer groups to fellowship and community involvement our goal is to grow in our Christian experience.  Anyone is welcome so come and bring a friend to our next activity!

For more information, please contact the church.

Family Ministries – We all belong to a family and no matter who your family is made up of, we want to support you in any way we can.  For any type of family assistance, please contact the church.

Health Ministries
The Health Ministry's goal is to follow Christ's holistic ministry on Earth by attending to the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This is accomplished in part by education and encouragement in promoting:

  • Prayer
  • Balanced diets
  • Healthy life choices
  • Collaboration with like-minded partners
  • Regular health screenings
  • Exercise

Our desire is for our congregation and community to experience a healthful and abundant life and to share these divine principles of health with others in order that all may partake of the bountiful life God has intended.
To find out how to make health changes in your life, or to become involved with Health Ministries in our church,

Community Service – Part of being a good neighbor is providing services to our surrounding community, helping them with their needs as God directs.

For more information, please contact the church.

"CHANGE" FOR CHANGE!”

Our 1st Annual "Wheelbarrow Collection" was a great success!

Thanks to the generosity of our congregation, we collected $1103.03 AMEN!

This could only be accomplished by God's provision and blessings to each of us.
Let's keep up the tradition of helping kids and giving them the chance to attend Camp Wakonda.  Please continue saving your pennies and loose change for this great cause.
